What forms does Thola support?
Government tender bid packs (SBD forms), RAF claims, funding applications, and any statutory submission where the requirements are published. We add form types based on what users are submitting.
Can Thola certify that my submission is valid?
No. Thola cannot certify validity. It checks published requirements and tells you exactly which are met, which are not, and which it cannot determine — with the clause that requires each. The final submission decision is always yours.
What does the Scribe actually fill?
The Scribe fills factual fields from your profile and compliance vault: company name, registration number, VAT number, tax clearance status, B-BBEE level, CIDB grading, contact details, and address. It never fills declarations, signatures, pricing, or anything requiring your professional judgment.
Is my compliance vault data safe?
Your documents are stored in a private bucket with row-level security. Only you can access your vault. We never share your data or use it to train AI models.
What happens when I upload a document to close a gap?
The document goes straight to your vault, tagged to the requirement. The brief re-runs automatically. If the requirement is now met, the stamp updates in place. You never leave the page.
What are the beta terms?
Full access at no cost while we are in beta. You provide feedback. We transition to paid plans (starting at R199/mo) with advance notice and a loyalty discount for beta users.
